Even though Gorilla Themes has worked very hard to create a place for themselves in the premium themes space, the place that they’ve really excelled in our opinion is with their real estate themes.

Their latest release, the Smooth Real Estate theme, is no exception. In fact, in our opinion, it is their best work yet. My favorite new feature is one that will be sure to be a hit with Realtors, and that is Google Maps integration!

Celebrity blogs are one of the most popular blogs these days, and WordPress is by far the most popular blogging platform. When you combine the two, you get a large number of celebrity bloggers looking for a nice celebrity theme for their blogs.

There appears to be a lot of Realtors that are wanting to use WordPress to build a online presence, making for a very large market of buyers looking for real estate WordPress themes. As a result, we’ve seen a high number of quality real estate themes launched over the past year.
